In a bold move for my creative career, I'll begin the drive West tomorrow heading towards LA.

I'll be taking a class at the Concept Design Academy in Pasadena, and hunting around for job opportunities.

There's plenty more exciting news coming around the bend, but I'll hold off on that for now. In the meantime, some doodles:

second one is a Gil Elvgren study from a great Taschen book I picked up. This guy was THE pinup artist of the 50's and 60's, and theres a impressionistic vibrancy to some of his work that I'm still trying to dissect.
