Im thinking about using this as a production blog for a conceptual illustration project thats in the works for one of my classes. I feel really positive about where Im going with it, and Ive already gathered a small encyclopedia of reference material, Particularly a ton of old oriental painters and tibetian costume

You always knock me out with what you do with light and temperature, this environment at the top is no exception. The rich textures you always have in your paint as well.
I see that you were asking for crits on the same piece at CA. Only thing I might experiment with is a stronger focal point. I think this would be best done with some edge contrasts which would also further accent your juicy paints.
